The Project Manager’s Handbook has been developed as part of the Enhanced Framework for the Management of Information Technology Projects initiative for departments of the federal government. The guiding principle for this Handbook has been to create a hierarchy of documents which cover all aspects of project management related to the governance of Information Technology projects.
